    How we protect, manage, and secure your agricultural data.

    Data Ownership

    You own your data. All harvest records, labor data, and operational information belongs to you—not us. We're the custodian, not the owner.

    Access Controls

    Role-based permissions let you control who sees what. Supervisors, managers, and administrators have different access levels based on their responsibilities.

    Anonymization

    When you opt into benchmarking, your data is anonymized and aggregated. No individual operation, picker, or field is identifiable in peer comparisons.

    Export Rights

    Export your data anytime in standard formats (CSV, Excel). Your data is never locked in. If you leave, your data goes with you.

    Incident Response

    We maintain security monitoring and incident response procedures. If a security event affects your data, you'll be notified promptly with clear next steps.

    Third-Party Access

    Your data is only shared with third parties you authorize (payroll systems, ERPs) or service providers under strict data protection agreements.

    Data Ownership in Detail

    Your operational data—harvest records, picker performance, labor hours, crop metrics—is yours. Our role is to:

    • Store it securely on your behalf
    • Process it to deliver the analytics and reports you've subscribed to
    • Make it available for export at any time
    • Delete it when you ask (subject to legal retention requirements)

    We never sell your data. We never use your identifiable data for purposes you haven't agreed to.

    Access Controls

    Our platform supports role-based access:

    • Administrators: Full access to all data, settings, and user management
    • Managers: Access to operational data, reports, and team performance
    • Supervisors: Access to their crew's data and daily operations
    • Field Users: Access limited to their own data entry and receipts

    You control who has access. We provide the tools; you set the policies.

    Anonymization for Benchmarking

    If you choose to participate in our benchmarking program, here's how we protect your identity:

    • Aggregation: Data is combined with other operations before analysis
    • Minimum thresholds: We don't publish comparisons unless there are enough participants to prevent identification
    • No reverse engineering: Individual operations cannot be identified from benchmark reports
    • Opt-in only: You must explicitly agree to participate; it's not automatic

    The benefit: see how your operation compares to similar growers on metrics like picker productivity, labor cost per unit, and harvest efficiency—without exposing your specific numbers.

    Export Controls

    You can export your data at any time through the dashboard:

    • Formats: CSV, Excel, or via API for integration with your systems
    • Scope: Full data export or filtered by date range, crop, block, or crew
    • Frequency: No limits on export frequency
    • Historical data: Access to all data from your subscription period

    Incident Response

    We maintain security procedures to protect your data:

    • Monitoring: Continuous security monitoring for unusual activity
    • Detection: Automated alerts for potential security events
    • Response: Documented procedures for investigating and containing incidents
    • Notification: If your data is affected, you'll be notified within 72 hours with details and recommended actions
    • Review: Post-incident review and improvement of security measures

    Security Measures

    • Encryption: Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
    • Infrastructure: Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
    • Backups: Regular automated backups with geographic redundancy
    • Access logging: All access to your data is logged and auditable
    • Employee access: Limited to authorized support personnel, only when needed
